At OXVA.ID, we stand behind the quality of our vaping hardware and offer a 30-day return policy for defective or unopened electronic devices to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that for hygiene reasons, e-liquids, coils, and pods can only be returned if they remain in their original, sealed packaging.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or reason for return.
Verification & Approval
Our technical team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Pack the item securely in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories and cables, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
